They can be sold at Xur or Banshee, however not with red borders, so I guess you can't have crafted version of it now.You can always not get the enhanced perks for column 3 and test back and forth between unrelenting and threat detector. Enhance unrelenting only add some etra handling. Enhance Threat detector makes all its numbers a little better which is a better enhancement in my opionion.
