Same issue as you, Found the fix. I had to open yuzu in steam desktop, then open speaker on the desktop bottom right menu. click applications and Yuzu is muted by default. I unchecked mute and booted back into steam deck game OS. Audio works now.

Set frames to 60fps refresh rate to 60 . set a manual GPU clock, some games like 1200 others are okay with this off. Half shaders, can work either way as well. I like my yuzu setting to have accuracy to high and works better if resolution is set to 1.0x even if not docked. Any lower and seems to stutter in some games.
Yuzu has a flatpak that's available directly to the from the "app store" that comes default with the flavor of Linux they're using. So it's literally just search and click install. Breath of the wild in yuzu is great and completely playable (by my standards) Always over 20 fps, and mostly on 30 is enough for me, I can turn off the fps counter and bam! Yuzu has a known issue on the Deck with BOTW meaning it only runs at average 15 fps outside of the cutscenes. As others have said, you should use the Wii U version, as its a lot better, if you turn smt off via power tools and set the manual gpu clock to 1100 you can get close to 40fps on it. 0. Reply.
