Bo1 is easiest for training in general (co-op and solo) because of the engine and zombie system. The large open areas around the lander stations (specifically near Phd Flopper) and the launch pad for the rocket are great at running around circles, distracting massive amounts of zombies. The only problem is the Monkeys.Gorod or Shadows IMO. DE and Rev are easy street and Zetsubou straight up gives you probably the best non-glitch camping spot in the series if you finish the EE, which happens to be the easiest EE as well.
