After doing lots of research online I know there are a lot of good powders out there for NATO/+P loads including BE-86, Silhouette, True Blue, CFE Pistol, WAC, W-572, N350, AA5, SW Major Pistol, SW Ultimate Pistol, etc. I already have a couple pounds of BE-86 and CFE Pistol from my initial research saying they were some of the best for +P loads.Use a trickler – with this method, you start with a smaller amount of powder than you actually need. The handgun in question is a Beretta LTT Elite, 5.2 something inch threaded barrel that'll eventually have a silencer hanging on the end.If you are going to do that then your need to look at different powders. If your goal is just a good plinking round then you can use the same powder , powder charge and bullet in both the 9mm and the 357 sig. Heck I have found several powders that you can use the same powder and powder charge with 40 sw 180 and 9mm 124's.

It is a top powder for 9mm, works great in 45acp for full-throttle loads, works great in 38spl (not very position sensitive). I've also used it very well in 380. I have used VV n310 and n320 in both 9mm and 45. 310 is a bit too fast for my liking. It makes great bullseye 45 loads with a cast 185 or 200 SWC. I currently load 124gr cast, 147gr cast and 124gr plated.45 auto blanks can be made from 30-06 cases cut to the same length as a loaded 45 round. Just cut down case size as normal and load. You need a 45 crimp die and will have to adjust as needed to feed in gun. If you use blank powder watch out for leakage as it is very fine.

Try Silhouette run as close to the top of the load chart as is safe in your firearm. I bet you'll be pleased with the results.

Cast bullets for 9mm (like Lead RN) are often .356″ diameter. Due to different barrel lengths, type of bullet, seating depth, primer type and other factors, you may not get near the FPS charted.
