I have owned a gen3 30sf and the 30s at the same time. I sold off the 30sf and still have an carry the 30s. I can't tell much difference if really any in recoil or accuracy. I haven't had any type of issues at all with mine. Its much lighter than the sf model with the slimmer slide. The XD45 is right in between the 30 and 36 in terms of width. I was surprised when I put the XD next to the 36 and the 36 was just a touch thinner. Back to the 30 and XD, I personally like the XD a lot. For 9mm, Glock wins over XD, and in 45 XD wins over Glock.
