I believe the scam is trying to change your payment information to be rerouted to them. I think the second part of the scam that they attempt is to try to reimburse you $25. They were trying to do that part with me but couldn't because I was driving. I figured they were going to try to get my banking information somehow. Also, if the scammer tells you the customer name, the restaurant, the order details, and/or your name, it is because the customer sees all this info and the person trying to scam you is the customer for that order.
