Yeah I find this game looks like shit at 30FPS on Cemu. I can't imagine the jaggy ass switch version is a revelation. It's amazing how people will overlook horrible image quality. If you open the parachute it will take you back to the air. I was playing it well over 100fps at 1440p. But dungeons have issues so I had to lock at 60 for those. Only issue I had. Worked perfectly other than that. I had a lot of trouble timing the slow motion stuff when on 60 fps. I run it at 100+ with no issues.

AFAIK you won't get 60 FPS in BoTW WiiU version. Best you can do i semi-stable 40 FPS w FPS++ and limiting Refresh Rate from Steam Menu to 40. The game will occasionally load shaders etc. so you might experience some slight stutter but it's best you can do.
