Two contractors working on the Benjamin Franklin Bridge were fatally struck by a PATCO train Friday night, a spokesperson for the Delaware River Port Authority said. The workers were struck around 9:20 p.m. by a westbound PATCO train on the New Jersey side of the bridge, said DRPA spokesperson Mike Williams.
