I have a 2002 Eiger 400. I took the carb off to clean it out and now I have issues. I removed the carb, took it apart and cleaned it with carb cleaner. I used a wire wheel to clean the needles. I took out the air mixture screw, took off the top to check/clean the diaphram, took out the float and seat.

The larger line coming out of the fuel petcock should run to the fuel pump. If the carb is still acting funny i would suggest giving it a thorough cleaning using this method ...

eiger carb trouble I am in need of some help. I recently traded for a suzuki eiger 400 4wd, however if i put gas in it, it will run for a few minutes and then it starts spittin and sputterin and eventually shuts off. It sat for a while and the air box filled up with gas. Can somebody please tell me what i need to address first with this.
