Anyways as of this morning I attempted to open Stellaris multiple times. Game opens fine, then it loads to 100% and stops responding for an indefinite length of time, and so the only option is to close it. Yesterday it would load just fine, it didn't stop responding, it hits 100% and then goes straight to the menu.

In Steam , Stellaris game properties go to Compatibility, force the use should be checked on and go down to "Steam Linux Runtime". Then in the launcher the initial playset may have all mods enabled if subscribed. I went in and disabled all mods. Will have to find if any of those are causing a crash one at a time. 8.
