Same issue here, FPS just dropping constantly with no mods, nothing special, just vanilla steam deck straight of the box after all updates and everything updated, then starting the game and playing it. Been grinding SDE on my current PC running Arch Linux. It was pretty painless to migrate from Windows to Arch with a modded installation, just re-run the terminal installer.
