Jun 10, 2013. #9. That code is referring to a issue with the idle bypass valve which is located by the throttle position sensor on the throttle body. This valve controls the idle speed. Try removing it and then cleaning the end. There is a possibility that it is just stuck also. The idle should be approx. 1800 RPM.
