Reaper hunting in P4G is not worth it and a huge waste of time. The weapons and armor gained from him don't carry over to another playthrough anyway. For Margaret, Yoshitsune with Hassou Tobi is a no brainer. I also bought along Trumpeter with mind charge, power charge, and debilitate.
