On the 03-07 trucks it is harder to do than the 99-02 but is possible. There are guys willing to fix it but I think they charge pretty hard. The bulbs could be out and this is the only fix for that. So on mine you would have it on radio, and all the other screens would show up on it. I took it they updated it and all is good now. You may want to have them check your voltage though.

Hey guys had a similar issue with my 2011 silverado 1500 ext cab. Turned off key, opened driver door and dome lights would not come on, radio stayed on and windows still worked. open passenger door and windows stop working as it's designed to but radio stayed on.
