The quality of the services they deliver aren’t worth the fees and it is clear to me that this is a fee harvesting business. I attempted to close my account with Equity Trust Company as the product no longer made sense for my needs. Surprisingly, Sterling Trust Company lacks BBB accreditation. However, their average rating on the platform is 3.83 stars out of 5, based on 113 customer reviews and an astounding 147 complaints.
