In the left pane of MO2, I put Nemesis above all my animation mods and then put CGO at the bottom (so it would overwrite any other animation mods). I then ran Nemesis through MO2 and CGO showed up in the patches list. It seems like Nemesis sometimes has trouble with CGO and AGO for some reason, so hopefully this solves the issue.
