FWIW, I played the entire game in CEMU at 3440x1440 with 60 FPS and it was glorious, but I also hate abandoning a save in game like tnis so I understand your dilemma! I thought so too a year ago, but given current progress on Yuzu and Ryujinx I'm not sure anymore. Maybe not day 1 but it could well be possible month 1.

CEMU or YUZU for BOTW. I started playing BOTW on Yuzu, and it doesn't run so great. Choppy FPS at times, and full game freezes randomly/when I load areas for the first time (I just have fully relaunch). I've searched around a bunch to see what can be done to fix this, and I haven't found anything that helps.

I always heard than BOTW is running way better on Cemu than on Yuzu, but i'm having differents results. On CEMU 720p : 25/30 fps with slowdowns at 20+/-. On Yuzu : 30fps (locked), without any slowdowns. Do someone has the same results ? Cemu actually makes it much easier to run botw even better than yuzu. Yuzu is extremely system demanding. Low end low fps. if you are only getting 20fps in Cemu, then I highly doubt you can run the game at all in Yuzu. either that, or you screwed up your settings in Cemu, because it really doesn't take much to run the game at stock speeds. Btw, yuzu just released there early access build 2 days ago and it had huge improvements to Botw performance! Before I was barley getting 30fps at 1440p, and now it’s running at 2160p60fps in most areas, almost Cemu level performance! Since tears of the kingdom uses the same engine it should be similar performance which is great!
