I think what I've often hear touted as the "best" build is either that or 00177747, but there is still definitely the matter of playstyle. If you want a non glass build I can only suggest things you probably already experimented with - the aforementioned 001777747, 00267747, or ... Strong and fast (Glass cannon)- 0/0/0/7/7/7/7/5.
